The film stars Jiro Ono, an eighty-something sushi master of the unassuming 3-Michelin starred, 10-seat restaurant Sukiyabashi Jiro in Tokyo's Ginza.

And let me tell you, you're going to leave the cinema hungry, particularly for seriously high quality sushi.

Just Like my Facebook page and answer this question in the comments to the Jiro Dreams of Sushi post:
"What would you most like to do on a trip to Tokyo?"
It doesn't have to be food related - the most interesting answers, selected by me, will win (it's also a bit of pre-Tokyo trip research for me). 頑張って! がんばって! Gambatte!
